We want you to be happy with your order. You can return unworn items in their original condition, with tags still attached, within 30 days of receiving them.
How to return
Email hello@tunzadeals.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the cost of the returned item(s) to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at hello@tunzadeals.co.uk within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
